Extensive Fire Alarm System
The Fire Alarm system includes smoke detectors throughout the building facility, pressurised fire exit stair wells and lift wells to ensure safe exit of occupants in case of emergency. Several thousand occupants spread across 1.38 million square feet of Phase I have been evacuated in less than eight minutes in various drills.
Green Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System
